Pros +
- Room was very clean and location to market is good.
- The room was big and clean. It had a great view of the port and many bridges. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. But the winning value here is Location! It was right in front of the Yongdodaegyo bridge that lifts up for 15 mins once a weekday....I think Tuesday...for big ships to pass. It was also a nice walkable distance from the Jalgachi market (total tourist trap IMO, but another story for another day) and the BIFF square, where they have street food and stores. A Starbucks is also right outside next to the bridge.
- Clean and Comfortable twin room with great views of the water. Bathroom facilities are great. Easy walking distance to a variety of tourist spots. Little convenience store next door is wonderful for drinks, snacks, light breakfast etc. View from rooftop is amazing.
Cons -
- Save your money and get breakfast outside. It wasn't worth it. They had a few western options like scrambled and bacon but even the Korean breakfast options like rice, beef, abalone soup just didn't hit it. The pork or was it beef was too oily. Fruits which I was looking forward to were limited...just orange slices. I don't even remember what they offered as a cereal or even if there was one. Also, breakfast is until 10 AM but last entry is at 9:30 AM...so if you're a late breakfast/brunch kind of person....you'll miss it but you'll be doing yourself a service. All in all....save your money
- This hotel can be slightly confusing as the building has two hotels- Northern Hotel and ADELA Hotel . The lifts can be very crowded and busy particularly on a weekend.
- Early check-in possible only foe a fee, even if rooms are available. This is strange (most hotels ws've been in are have been happy to provide room upgrades or early check in for free, provided that such are available).

We stayed in a deluxe room with a sea view, which was lovely. You can even enjoy the view also from the bathtub! The room is spacious and equipped with everything you need. There is a CU convenience store on the ground floor of the building, which is handy. The location is also good, nearby the famous BIFF square where you can enjoy food and shops. The bed was very comfortable. There is a big TV with netflix.

The biggest issue in my opinion was the lack of cleanliness, the carpeted floor was not vaccummed regularly. My bedroom had a very bad sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The staff was kind enough to let me change room the following day - there was still sewage smell, but not as strong. You cannot flush toilet paper, but have to throw it in a trash bin. The quality of the food of the breakfast buffet was poor. The staff at reception, while nice, didn't speak English fluently - which is quite strange in the hospitality industry. The gym was very dirty, I used it 4 days in a row and the floor remained with the same dirt. Half of the equipment was out of order. The only good thing is the location: in a quiet area close to downtown Busan. Lots of buses coming by.
The staff is very friendly and willing to help.My room was nice and had a view exactly as it was on the pictures, I really enjoyed the view
It’s easily to notice that the hotel was renamed multiple times - it created certain discomfort, when you see multiple logos everywhere. Also some things pretty old and need some small repairs. The toughest part was the elevators which go only to even and odd floors each - which obviously creates lines. Aircon doesn’t work in winter (but I could open the window), in summer - heater is not available. Also the windows are not fully adjusted, so the wind makes a lot of noise in upper floor
The view of the harbor was beautiful! It's fairly central and a 15-20 min taxi to the train station. The beds were comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful!
There was a weird smell in the bathroom that we thought was coming from the pipes. After airing out the room it got better but since it was only one night we didn't bother the staff about it. Might have been a flook.
"Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable, clean rooms, great breakfast. Restaurant also worth a visit, fantastic views over Yeondo harbour."
The English speaking front staff . She's sweet and soft speaking and helpful. walking distance to Jagachi & Lottemall
The cafe morning breakfast floor staffs , rude , ignorant, and eating in the restaurant before 10 am.Breakfast choices are no good.Waiting time for Lifts is quite a wait.
The location was good. Amazing view from thw window.
The elevators were awful and the staff was no help. The lights turned on automatically at night and there was nothing that could be done about it.
Amazing view of the harbor! Spacious room. Good location.
Strong smell of sewers emanating from the bathroom floor's drain. It was somewhat fixed by pouring water inside dried out drain. But it still left me wondering why the hotel staff didn't consider it a problem before our arrival.
Location is fantastic, staff is very friendly, rooms and lobby area are spacious, water pressure is fantastic.
Massive stains on almost every surface. Headboards looked like they were in a water fight with some kind of oil. Black mold in shower corners, stains and marks that look like they could have been cleaned off on carpets and walls in every room. Even the doors had grease marks. Also, no air conditioning in this season, heat only, even though the days are now warm enough to bring the room up to 25 degrees C.
That it’s a walking distance 5-8 mins walk to Lotte Mall. 20-30 mins away from the airport. It’s convenient when the weather is raining. You still have a place to stay and hang out with if you don’t want to travel to places. The view is also spectacular either day time or night time. It’s 10 mins going to BIFF, Jagulchi/Gukje market via taxi. If you are a walker, you can actually walk for maybe 20 mins going to BIFF. The cleaners are great. Always change our towels everyday and give us bathroom toiletries and the complimentary water. The front desk can also speak English.
The bed is hard. Not comfortable for me. I need to keep tossing and turning through the night so my side won’t be numb or feel discomfort. Also the tv, didn’t work. No English translation, so we were not able to use it. If you’re a tourist and exploring Busan, you might want to stay to Heundai Area, that’s were the Lotte World Adventure, sky capsule, sea life and Heundai Beach. It’s 30-40 mins travel from this hotel via taxi. But if you don’t mind the travel then this a perfect hotel. The good thing about the travel too is no traffic.
Location
No ac can be used during winter. Stuffy had to ask for a fan! Room had an awful stench!
Beautiful harbour view , located near nampo just need to cross Yeongdo bridge
Nice view and location. Not quite far from MRT and have minimart around the hotel. Location was great. Close to the fish market, mall and others. Staff was nice.
Check-in time is 3.00 pm which is quite late for me
even though rooms are available they don’t let you check in before 2:30 unless you pay extra. the front desk staff were not customer oriented
Beautiful view
Well located
Everything was good
Viewnice location for hiking
The location was a little bit far from the city
